PROMPT
In Blind Ambition, you read about how Matthew has adapted so he can live and
enjoy life. Much of the text is organized by stating a central idea followed by
supporting details.
Imagine that you are Matthew. Write a journal entry about your day. Use details
from the text to tell about how being blind affected your activities and the role
that Twyla played in your day. Don’t forget to use some of the Critical
