Lesson 8

               Stress Management

In our everyday life, we are experiencing
different kind of stress, physically, emotionally
and spiritually. It is very important to deal with it

appropriately, because if not, the stress that we
encounter everyday becomes a problem or will
lead to further stress. If we do not know how to
cope with it, it will consume all our energy and
               strength for the day.
Different people have different ways of
overcoming stress but it is most important to
know where your stress came from before

dealing with it so that you can manage it properly.
In managing stress, first, you need to know the
nature of your stress and then set it aside. Think
of the wonderful things that have happened to
you to relax your mind. After that try to satisfy your needs like eating your
favorite food, shopping and other things that help you bring back your mood.
Afterwards, if you think your mind and body is already reenergized, go back to
the things that you have set aside and try to think of other ways to get it done
               without feeling stressed out.
