Lesson 14
Stay Young, Look Young
Cosmetic Surgery is very common
nowadays. This is because most of us
are very conscious of how we look. As
we grow old, our body produces less
collagen and elastin. Moreover, the layer
of fat under our skin begins to disappear,
which leads our face to sag and wrinkle.
This is a natural process that we cannot
avoid but we can prevent it from occurring
too fast even without any surgery.
This is possible by having a healthy lifestyle, which includes eating the right
foods, having regular exercise and avoiding vices. Some foods that can help
us look young are yogurt, eggs, vegetables and fruits. Aside from having a
healthy lifestyle, we need to also be worry free. Worrying too much can
make our body loose more collagen, elastin, and can affect the hormones
produced within our body. Most of all, we need to smile always. A person
who wears a smile on their face always looks beautiful and young. If we are
always frowning, the tendency is, we will have more wrinkles in our face,
so we should always put a smile on our face to look young and stay young.
