Lesson 18
Personality Types
In the world of psychology,
there are two classifications of
personality, wherein an individual
can be categorized. These describe
the attitudes, traits and patterns of
behavior that a person might possess.
The two types of personality are type
A and B. Type A individuals are often
regarded as stress junkies because
they are very perfectionist. They are
also highly competitive, ambitious, very conscious with time, aggressive
and workaholic. Due to this, they end up having difficulty relaxing and
they have no time for themselves. On the other hand, type B individuals
have the exact opposite behavior. They are very relaxed, patient, and easy
going. They take one day at a time. They are contented and happy with
what they have.
Most individuals do not pay attention to this because for them it’s just about
behavior and attitude but did you know that this has an implication on your
health? Yes, it does. According to studies, Type A individuals have higher
risks of having cardiac disorders like coronary heart disease. The risk for
this is twice as much as healthy individuals
