Imagine you are on a playground. What forces do you use when
you play on some of the equipment there?
Example I like to play on a swing on the playground. A swing doesn’t
move until a force is applied to it. When I pump my legs on a
swing, it starts to move. If my friend pushes a person on a swing
hard, that person moves faster and higher. Then, I slowly stop
when I drag my feet on the ground.
Your Own On the playground, there are many forces. When I kick the ball
with my friends, we use force. Forces make the ball go high in
the air and then back to the ground. On the slide, there is a
force that makes me go from a high place to a lower one.
