Why Don’t Some Popcorn Kernels Pop?
You have done some research and learned that
popcorn needs a certain amount of moisture
inside the kernel in order to pop. Your hypothesis
should state what you expect to discover: If the
amount of moisture in popcorn kernels is related
to their popping ability, then overdried popcorn
will not pop as well as regular popcorn.
