Once scientists formulate a hypothesis, they can
plan an experiment to test it. To test your
hypothesis, you can pop the overdried popcorn
and the regular popcorn and observe the results.
You need to pop several batches of both types of
popcorn. A scientist repeats a test to make sure
that the results are always the same.
