Leaving the Officers prepping to perform the 3rd Degree. Our current plan is to raise them on a 2nd June Meeting. Our EA’s are working to have their catechism ready for Strawberry night so that they can take a slight break until we pass them on a special summer meeting.
Brother Jim Fariss, has done an amazing job as our sole catechism instructor. He not only teaches the work needed to pass a catechism, but also teaches his students about Masonry. Everything from history and mystery to Lodge etiquette. As Master he has been copying me on emails he sends with documents that relate to a conversation they just had or on he plans to have at their next instruction. Though Brother Fariss has not asked for relief, I do not think it is fair to leave these instructions to rest on 1 Brothers shoulders. If anyone is interested in teaching a class, please let me know. You do not have to be a Master Mason to teach, as a Fellowcraft you can teach an Entered Apprentice class.

Finally, we seem to have a lot more Brothers then normal who have not yet paid their dues this year and it is making it increasingly more difficult to manage the lodge and fund activities. If you have not yet paid please do so. You can pay ei- ther cash or check to the secretary or via the square store to use a credit/debit card.
