$4.2 M (a) While the original clubhouse was a favorite gathering spot in
Delivery Method the community the 40 person seating capacity fell far short of
Construction Manager demand. To better serve golfing patrons, non-golf patrons and
Project Type capture small banquet events this 15,000 sf clubhouse replaced
Addition / Renovation the aged 1,800 sf facility. Additionally an outdoor event pavilion
was replaced, on-grade cart storage was internalized and parking
capacity was increased by 65, without impacting the adjacent
golf course.

The rustic clubhouse consists of a playful blend of intersecting
roof forms, heavy timber framing, natural stone, cedar lap
siding and corrugated metal. With dedicated bar seating for
40, ala carte seating for 60, terrace seating for 80 and banquet
seating for 80, the new facility now manages multiple events
simultaneously.
