Master Plan Wheeling Park District hired FGMA to develop a
PROJECT COST Master Plan for updates of the Chevy Chase Golf Clubhouse.
$4.2M
A master plan was requested in order to phase the multiple
PROJECT TYPE upgrades desired for this property by the Park District.
Addition / Renovation
The team met with members of the Wheeling Park District
leadership and staff at Chevy Chase to discuss the range of
development opportunities and establish a strategy. After the
meetings and interviews, the team prepared preliminary concept
plans and cost estimates to present to the board.
Additionally, the team reviewed the food and beverage usage
at Chevy Chase to determine if there is a more profitable way to
approach these services.
Once the master plan was complete, the Wheeling Park District
had a clear direction, including programs, plans and budgets
for moving forward with the renovation of Chevy Chase Golf
Clubhouse.
