This English Pub inspired clubhouse is the centerpiece of a
Bowes Creek residential development and overlooks a Rick
Jacobson designed, championship golf course. Unique features
of this 16,000 square foot clubhouse include a 30 foot radius
bay window housing a 16 person mahogany bar with additional
seating for 40 at tables under a tin ceiling. Other seating options
include a 115 person casual dining room with deep red leather
booth seating and a 16 person private dining/ meeting room.

A elevated terrace expands the bar and dining seating providing
patrons unobstructed views to valley and golf course below. To
manage large events a great formal lawn was created and a full
service halfway house with a bar is positioned just a few feet
away to greet event patrons and golfers alike.
