Situated at the foothills of the Sierra National Forest on a 18
hole John Fought design golf course this facility is a text book
example of how campus style planning can allow a community to
gradually realize a greater vision.
Faced with budget restrictions and a desire to create a full
service clubhouse facility in a California Craftsman style, our
Team recommended the City considering designing three
seperate buildings that could be phased over time and be easily
connected by site features, resulting in a seamless facility when
fully completed.
The initial phase included a 1,800 square foot pro shop building
and a 3, I00 square foot food and beverage building with seating
for 80 in the bar / grille plus 140 on a covered terrace. The final
phase will include a 240 person banquet building for community
wide events.
