make an offer!

When submitting an offer to our team,

please outline the following:

/ Price

» The price you are willing to pay for the property.

/ Terms

» for example; finance approval,
» a building inspection,
» pest inspection, or;
» subject to the sale of your home

/ Settlement period

» As a general rule, property settlement periods are
usually 30 to 90 days, but they can be longer or
shorter.
