/ Appointing a Conveyancer

                »  You will need to appoint a conveyancer or solicitor
                 to act on your behalf for the purchase. They will be
                 your legal representative for the matter. Your agent
                 will give you some recommendations if required.
                 Your conveyancer will look over the Contract and
                 Section 32 to ensure all is in order and advise you
                 accordingly. They will also conduct the settlement
                 and title transfer process into your name and
                 transfer funds at settlement.
