INTRODUCTION
What is HIP?
The Highly Immersive Programme
was introduced by MoE in 2016
with the aim to create a highly
immersive, language-rich
environment that promotes the
use of English in all schools.
Through the HIP, students are
exposed to the English language
through a variety of activities
within and beyond the classroom.
