I have un faked the photograph to show impressions of what the 3 separate

photographs may have looked like.

Photograph 1.

Maxwell’s photograph is a landing shot with only Maxwell in it. This

photograph was chosen and enlarged to a 10 x 8 inch photograph with a

border to receive the montage of both Andrew and Giuffre.
(Please see Fig. 20.)

Once Andrew and Giuffre have been removed from the photograph the
colour temperature is less confusing. The flash from the Kodak Fun Saver 35

disposable negative film camera has lit up the complete landing area and

appears blue white in colour. The two yellow/orange hot spots on the wall
and the one behind Maxwell’s collar are from a tungsten light source. Once

the electronic flash has reached Maxwell, the sensor has read Maxwell’s

white sweater does not need any more light and shuts off the electronic flash;
the result being the room behind Maxwell remains dark except for the

reflection of the electronic flash in the bedroom window. Everything is

consistent with taking a photograph on daylight film indoors with low
temperature tungsten lighting further filled in with electronic flash.
