In an attempt to create a hair extension for all markets, an electronic gun
that dispenses hot melt glue for upholstery was adapted, with different
glue sticks that were compatible with hair, would dispense a small
amount of glue at one time to the top of a small amount of loose hair,
which is then rolled into the client’s own hair, forming a small invisible
bond between the client’s own hair and the loose hairs. Fig 16
