April 2015, Virginia Giuffre alleged Jeffrey Epstein had forced her to have sex with Prince Andrew and a Harvard
Law School professor Alan Dershowitz at only 17 years old. Andrew and Dershowitz denied the claim. Giuffre

filed a defamation case. An image was released to the press to support her claim. (Please see Fig. 7).

What does this photograph say? The photograph suggests that Andrew and Giuffre are on the upstairs landing

about to be ushered into the bedroom by Maxwell. If this was the case, is it likely Andrew would stop for a
photograph before entering the bedroom with an under age woman? Maxwell has stated from her prison cell this

photograph is a fake. Maxwell’s statement together with the fact the photographer who took this photograph has

never come forward to deny it is a fake gives me cause to make my own investigations.

I begin by investigating the dimensions and. All three subjects have been stretched to fit in with the background

photograph of Maxwell standing in a bedroom doorway. Maxwell’s photograph has been stretched so the door

frame goes out of shot, this has been done to accommodate the montage of Andrew and Giuffre into Maxwell’s

photo. Andrew and Giuffre have been stretched so that Andrew’s head would appear just two inches below the
door frame. Stretching Andrew to fit the door frame has put everything else out of proportion. Maxwell now

looks taller than Giuffre. The banister on the landing would be the standard 3 feet high for safety reasons and

would appear as tall as Andrews waist. The banister is one foot below Andrews waist making it only 2 foot tall.
The landing area would have to be at least eleven feet wide (3 feet is standard) to accommodate three people and

two open doors. If the doors were closed they would not fit the open doorway.

The section from what is supposed to be Giuffre’s hand to the bottom edge of Andrews trousers in the

photograph has been digitally montaged in. The sharp pointed outline of the trouser does not fit with the

natural fall of the trouser. Also where Andrew’s shirt sleeve overlaps the trouser is not a natural line.
