woman happy?
Woman: Hi, Jake!
Man: You sound happy. Did you get that great job?
Woman: Not sure yet. But while I was coming back from the interview,
I started chatting to a lovely woman. I said I was looking for a flat in
the area.
Man: And did she know somewhere?
Woman: Yeah. I went to see it, it’s perfect, and I’m moving in next week!

Man: I think we need a few things for our new apartment. Let’s make a list.
Woman: The dining room’s a really sunny room, I’d like something
comfortable to sit on and read near the window.
Man: Good idea! What about the kitchen?
Woman: Well, our old table will look great, but we need something to put our
plates and cups in. Do we need anything for the living room?
Man: I’d like to use a corner for studying. I’ve got a chair and some
pictures for the wall, but I need something to work on and to put the
computer on. What about the bedroom?
Woman: We’ve lots of cupboards, but I think we need more light. It’s a bit dark.
Man: OK, and the bathroom?
Woman: It’s a nice light room, and I think we’ve got most things, like a mirror,
but what about putting that painting of the boat in there?
Man: OK, what about the garage?
