Face-to-face workshops
In January 2024 we held a series of six in person consultation
workshops attended by around 50 participants in three
different locations. We invited businesses to come along
and contribute to project discussions. Working with a
cross-section of businesses from the Okehampton Town
and the Okehampton Hamlets area, this enabled us to
understand the priorities of these various business sectors
and develop the projects in this business plan.
Face-to-face meetings
During November 2023 – May 2024 numerous one to
one meetings and calls took place with the various local
authorities and large and small businesses across the BID
area to further enhance our understanding of what projects
a BID could deliver in Okehampton.
