Got Your Back is a training designed to help you reach your own goals and, more
speci cally, be satis ed with your life. And, as strange as this may sound, the number one
reason people end up happy (or not) is whether they have good friends, actually good
relationships in general. is class is about learning the skills and principles essential to
having good relationships of all kinds— work relationships, friends, family, and romantic
relationships.
When you boil it all down, there are really two things that divide those who feel good about
their lives from those who don’t. e rst is whether there is someone in your life who has
your back. e second is whether you have someone else’s.
