               manager. He retired officially in 2009.










               Throughout his life, Munroe enjoyed storytelling and


               making people laugh. He made friends wherever he went. He


               had such a fondness for elderly people and was always


               offering a helping hand to so many. He charmed all the


               nurses and doctors during his many trips to PRMC and


               Baltimore Washington Medical Center with his winning


               smile and devilish blue eyes. He was "bigger than life" and


               will be missed by all who knew him.










               He is survived by his loving wife, Joy Wilson Mariner, his


               parents Otho and Ida Mariner; four daughters and their


               husbands, Kristy Hudson (William), Leah Huey (Rick), Joy


               Venere (Rich), Amy Culbertson (Matthew),eleven


               grandchildren, Elizabeth, Mary and Caroline Hudson;


               Jessica and Emily Huey; Alyssa, Julie and Vincent Venere;
