Walter, Madeline and Charles Culbertson, who all fondly

called him "Poppie"; two brothers, Gordon Mariner and

wife, Sandra and Otho Mariner, III and wife, Becky; and

several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by two

favorite aunts, Joanne Mariner and Helen H. Dill and his

step daughters, Heather Youtz and Holly Murray.

Munroe is preceded in death by his first wife, Pamela, and

his mother in law, Mary Nock.

A celebration of his life will take place at Salem United

Methodist Church on Second and Walnut Streets in

Pocomoke City, MD on January 17, 2015 at 10:00 AM,

officiated by his cousin, Rev. Dale Brown and the Rev. Dr.

Sally Dolch. The family will receive friends immediately

following the service at the Pocomoke City Fire Department

Community Center 1410 Market Street. A private interment

will follow the reception
