Ambassador of India to the Kingdom of Bahrain

I wish the 15th Annual Conference of the Bahrain Chapter of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India to
be held on 1st and 2nd of December 2023 all the very best.
I am sure that the discussions on the theme of “Above and Beyond” will be substantive, in-depth and successful.
In the post Covid world that is challenged by political chaos and economic turbulence, new ways and means of
handling these concerns will have to be curated by professionals and governments around the world, including
in the Gulf region. Developments in India and Bahrain are encouraging in this context.
Our bilateral ties stand out as a source of strength for linking two important growth centres in Asia-India
and the GCC. I hope the Bahrain Chapter of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India will play its due
role in deepening economic ties between India and Bahrain. My Embassy will serve as a facilitator of such
endeavours. I wish the 15th Annual Conference all success.
