Peach Melba With Ice Cream
Ingredients
2 puniest of raspberries washed
2 cups of chopped watermelon 1 tsp rose water
1 tsp agar ( use 1 1/2 tsp if you want a thicker consistency like slightly watery jelly
1 tsp 'neuville wellbeing' summer spice blend or 1 tsp in total of cardamom, cinnamon & pomegranate powder together.
2 - 3 tbsp honey
2 tsp chopped mint
4 peaches
