LIFETIME WARRANTY
Warehouse systems are a major investment; an investment that must keep on delivering year after year. Our
Lifetime warranty ensures the investment you make today is safe and secure and one that will keep working
for years to come. Constructor Storage Systems is the only pallet racking manufacturer in Australia to provide
a lifetime warranty against materials, workmanship, and structural failures as standard. All components of
Constructor Storage Systems are covered by the warranty and will be replaced free of charge should a failure
occur. This warranty does not cover damage caused by wilful damage or negligence use of equipment. This
is subject to a yearly Audit conducted by Constructor, as per a signed Service agreement charged accordingly.

Quality Assurance
One of our largest benefits in having manufacturing facilities all over the world is our ability to draw on the
experience of all arms of the business.

Part of this is our load and safety testing which we undertake on all products. Unlike other manufacturers,
who rely on engineers’ computations to determine beam and frame capacities, we undertake actual load tests
to confirm the theory.

During the design of Constructor Storage Systems reference was made to the appropriate international
standards which broadly, but not exclusively include:

• AS1538 Cold Formed Steel Structures Code
• AS4100 SAA Steel Structures Code
• AS4084/2012 in accordance with the Australian standards
• AS1170 SAA Loading Code
• ISO 9001:2015
• FEM – European material Handling federation
