SITE CONDITIONS:
The prices proposed are based on the understanding that materials can be delivered prior to construction,
off loaded by your personnel and suitable Materials Handling Equipment and are waiting on the CLEARED
construction site when our installation team arrives.
• It is the purchaser’s obligation to ensure the storage systems as designed, meet with all BAC,
statutory, local building and fire regulations, and they obtain all necessary approvals to suit. Any
technical data needed related to the storage systems, can be supplied by Constructor Storage
Systems Storage Solutions.
• Provision of 240v AC power outlets for our hand tools and adequate lighting will be available.
• An adequate area will be available adjacent to the installation area for storing of materials and
assembly of components.
• The installation area shall be clear of other trades and obstructions and assumes unimpeded
access, within the times from 0700 – 1600hrs, Monday-Friday.
• All normal site services in addition to the above will be available such as toilets, first aid and washing
facilities.
• Free uninterrupted use of on-site forklift to assist in unloading and installation of project.

EXCLUSIONS AND CONDITIONS SPECIFIC TO THIS QUOTATION.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, our quotation excludes the following.
• No Wind loadings or Earthquake factors have been incorporated into the costing outlined in the
quotation.
• Any extra components needed, such as extra shim plates, beams or frames due to uneven ground or
change of details from customer, will be charged accordingly.
• Pricing allowance has not been made for onsite first aider, overtime, a union site, any site
allowances, site induction or any EBA’s.
• No allowance has been made for fitting of other services to our structure.
• Delivery and commencement dates will change accordingly, if any events out of our control occur.
Such as; acts of God, severe weather, strikes & lock outs or war.
• If floor has any finishes, we will do our best not to damage and will not be held liable for any
damage/repairs to finishes.

HIRE OF EQUIPMENT

All hire equipment is to be solely used by Constructor’s installation crew, at no time is equipment to be used
or accessed by any other trade or personnel.

• Scissor Lift hire has been included in this quotation.
• Fork lift hire has been included in this quotation.
