This proposal is based on the following criteria

• ~25,000 single select pallet racking
• ~15,000 double deep pallet racking
• Up to 7,000 spaces
• Fire option 1 ~7,000 installed
• Fire option 2 ~3,000 installed with the ability to fit out a further ~4,000 RECOMMENDED
• Below 1000kg – 38%
• Between 1000 & 1250kg – 36%
• More than 1250 less than 1540 – 25%
• No ground level beams in the single select racking, opening would be around 1700mm and would
allow for carton pick from pallets on the floor
• 5-8% racks at ~900mm for part pallets
• 1500 mm slots will accommodate significant % of pallets
• Would need to accommodate some over height pallets greater than 1500mm say 5-10%. Over height
pallet locations could be top pallet position or level two pallet position
