Blue Heaven Danish Blue is a semi-soft blue veined cheese, made from cow's milk. Originating from
Denmark, it has creamy and crumbly texture, when cut it sticks to the knife but is exceptional for smearing
on bread or crackers. In eight to twelve months, it matures with a yellowish edible rind and it is sharp and
salty in taste which is also suitable for non-vegetarians.
