Regional TSP Sales Manager


      1.   Owns the TSP Sales Quota for their region.

      2.   In store support, training, S.O.P. & K.P.I.’s
      3.   Manage the region’s O.S R’s in the process of sales, relationship’s, and general product knowledge.

      4.   Holds O.S.R’s accountable for the quota’s, pipeline and customer contact.
      5.   Spend time outside the building obtaining new business.

      6.   Spend time outside the building with existing accounts to ensure they continue to purchase from Costello’s
           Commercial Sales business.

      7.   Assist customers over the phone and in the store to grow business.
      8.   Ability to track employees’ quotas and communicate sales targets and results.

      9.   Develop sales pitches for a vast array of business.
      10. Being able to service and determine the needs of our commercial customer base.

      11. Handle customer complaints both in house and on the job site.
      12. Report and communicate daily on sales objectives.

      13. Create a cadence of accountability.
      14. Other duties as assigned by upper management and executives.
