There is a generation that curses its father, and does not bless
its mother . There is a generation that is pure in its
own eyes, yet is not washed from its filthiness
There is a generation – oh how lofty are their eyes!
And their eyelids are lifted up .
There is a generation whose teeth are like swords,
and whose fangs are like knives, to devour the poor
from off the earth, and the needy from among men
(Proverbs 30:11 – 14)
We live in an increasingly wired World. So it's not an uncommon

sight to see children of increasingly younger ages glued to screens

be it on televisions, laptops, Smartphone’s or tablets couple with
the education system now. This has caused a lot of harm than good

because the younger generation could not handle the world they are

exposed to. The corruption going on in that world is greater and

more disastrous, deadly, evil etc. than what we see happening
around us, therefore it is too delicate for the young ones to decode

being that they are still at formation stage. Some of our parents are

ignorant of the fact that what goes online is bigger than what we see

around us and gone are the days you lock them up at home or
restrict their movement or activities not to be spoilt, expose to evil,

to learn bad habits, character or to mix up with the society because

it can be done online (friendship, sex, porn and what have you goes

on in there) so at the comfort of your house, under your nose, your

child could be doing a lot without your knowledge At that age,
majority of them are not mature in reasoning and spiritually sensitive to

discern that beneath the breaking of ice there is serpent waiting to devour.
