The project will consist of:
15th Floor- Penthouse, one (1) floor, to house the staff and required support functions of the
Corporate staff. The one (1) floor will be a mix of new construction throughout with an existing
core.
This project will include the build-out of a new open office concept including:
• Open office spaces and Private offices
• Pantry, breakout spaces and meeting areas
