When we renovated our own Miramar offices in 2017, we started by analyzing the current
work environment to see what could be improved and then listened to our employees to get
a good understanding of what would encourage collaboration and a sense of wellbeing.
This is the same approach we have with our clients. We listen to understand what they need
and help them to create a space that is functional and beautiful.
