Our Installation Approach

Haworth and JC White propose the following installation approach. This is
an estimate based on the information as presented in the RFP.

• Allow for a minimum of 10 business days per floor to complete. We anticipate 15
business days on average and 20 business days maximum per floor.

• Product for each floor will be ordered independently and the cartons appropriately tagged with location identifiers
for efficient unloading and staging.

• Product will be shipped directly to the Starwood job site. Timeline projections assume that pavement, loading docks,
freight elevators, etc. at the job site are in good condition and available for use.

• We assume shared, but reasonable, access to docks and freight elevators with the understanding that the site is an
active construction site with varied trades working at the location.

• Based on the stated scope of the project, we estimate each floor will require (4 to 6) 53-foot trailers (up to 3 trailers
per day) to complete unloading and staging.

• We understand that the installation will be taking place on an active construction site and as such there may be
atypical challenges present compared to an existing space. Our installation team is flexible and adaptable to these
conditions.

• We will pack and remove trash daily.

• We typically maintain two to three Installation Supervisors on a job site, with work crews numbering 25 to 30 people.
Given the scale of this project, we are willing to commit more resources to ensure timely completion.

• Dealer Project Management and Installation Operational Management will attend appropriate construction
meetings, pre-walk the install site/floor, provide daily activity updates, and communicate with data/electrical trades
to coordinate efforts.

• Punch lists will be completed by floor.

• We will advance to next completed floor for installation with no down time if requested.
