Haworth has a thirty-plus year relationship with PNC Bank. We are their single-source provider of modular floors, walls, and furniture for all
their corporate facilities (Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Cleveland, Denver, etc.) and 2,600 retail locations across the United States.

Haworth completes several major projects each year for PNC Bank. Their new corporate headquarters in Pittsburgh was unique project.
The Tower at PNC Place has approximately 800,000 square feet and is 33 stories tall. It is designed by Gensler to be the greenest,
best-in-class high performance skyrise in the world, with unique construction technologies such as double-skin facades, passive radiant
systems, and the flexibility of their modular interiors. Haworth provided modular floors, walls, and furniture to fill in Gensler’s design.

The PNC Tower project proved that upfront planning and open lines of communication are the foundation to success in any project. They
were especially important for this project as we had the unique element of partnering with two dealer partners: one partner for modular
flooring and a different partner for modular walls and furniture. By emphasizing planning and communication, the combined team was
able come together effectively and deliver a nearly flawless project installation. Weekly conference calls between Haworth Corporate,
Haworth field members, and local Haworth dealer partners’ sales, service, and support team members in Pittsburgh allowed the team to
identify and discuss project opportunities before they became challenges or issues and kept the project on track.
