Haworth Warranty | OVERVIEW

Haworth offers one of the strongest warranties in the
industry. We offer Limited Lifetime Warranty
coverage including parts and labor on
most of our products and with few
exceptions. Our seating warranty
is 12 years with 24/7 usage for
users up to 325 lbs. including parts
and labor and our wood products
warranty is 12 years. Our moveable
walls warranty is 10 years and also
includes parts and labor.

Further, Haworth has a non-obsolescence
policy – we tend not to terminate products.
Instead, we enhance them with the trends of
the market in mind, as well as how they fit into our
Integrated Palette portfolio. This provides the best long-
term value in the industry. We recognize the difficulties caused by product
obsolescence and its impact on customer resources and manufacturing.
We strive to improve our products continuously over time to deliver the
best in design and engineering. We are strongly committed to providing you
with furniture and solutions that will meet your interiors needs, both
now and in the years to come.

Haworth products are very durable and designed for a
long, useful life. Many Haworth products have been
in service for over 20 years and are designed to
accommodate retrofit or repair. New products are
added to our product lines to update and enhance
them as well as extend the aesthetic and functional
life of our existing products. Products are also
designed to encourage recycling at end of
useful life.
