Mr. Michael Chai Woon
Chew thinks that the utilisation of
RCEP is good news. The change may
seem insignificant, but the result it brings is
exceptional, expanding the trading region
for both international and domestic
enterprises. Malaysia as the member of RCEP,
which owns one-third of the world’s markets.
As an example, during the trade war between China and
US, Malaysia continued to maintain close relationships with China,
US, British Commonwealth, and all Islamic countries. Enterprises from
these countries are welcome to enter Malaysia, taking Malaysia as a
central hub and then proceeding to enter the entire RCEP market.
CPTPP Indonesia, technology from Japan, and manufacturing provider from Malaysia
Taking the manufacturing field as an example, the raw materials from
may look like three individual sources, but when it comes to exportation to other
countries, the goods will be taken as products from a singular source, which is
RCEP. While all countries involved are interdependent on each other, while
earning profit as a team, this relationship can then minimise international
political conflicts.
Ever since Malaysia established a Digital Free Trade Zone (DFTZ) with
China, there has been a significant leap in our e-commerce development. A
singular transformation results in rapid changes, that also provide tremendous
Mexico business opportunity. With the arrival of RCEP and CPTTP, we can now foresee
how they will bring immense transformation to plenty of industries when they are
made open to the public. These include the industries of foods and beverages,
chemicals, rubber, mechanicals, electronic and electrical, financials, laws,
banking, telecommunications, e-commerce, and more.
Canada Mr. Michael Chai Woon Chew says that there might be some
entrepreneurial members who will explain that their businesses do not invoice
international trade, therefore they show no interest in RCEP. But when
competitors from other countries expand their businesses into our country, how
Chile are you able to compete?
Therefore, learning about the system and regulation of RCEP is a key that
leads you to the boundless RCEP market. The simplest way is to take part in
trade delegation, to study and learn about the operations of other countries,
attend Expo and cooperate with suitable business partners, and transfer the
Peru advanced technology or concept to our country.
The moment your products, services, branding, quality, and even price
are not competitive enough, upgrading your business is the only way out.
All entrepreneurs are welcome to visit The Chinese
Chamber of Commerce & Industry of Kuala Lumpur &
Selangor (KLSCCI) to learn about RCEP.
