Finance & Comptroller Experts!
Soldiers with the 1946th Finance Company trained disbursing operations and conducted Financial
Management Support Team missions during Annual Training at Fort Indiantown Gap. The exercise
simulated disbursing operations in an austere deployed environment with large-scale combat
operations in mind. As part of the Army's Finance Corps, members are responsible for duties
which include disbursing and accounting for government funds; payment for travel and
commercial vendor services; pay support of Soldiers and foreign national employees; and internal
