              Finance Corps Leaders Conduct Key Engagements

                                        Across the Force (Cont’d)


























          Addressing Civilian Personnel Shortages
          A significant concern across all visited units was the impact of recent civilian personnel losses due
          to the Deferred Resignation Program (DRP) and ongoing hiring freezes. The lack of Army Reserve

          Administrators (ARAs) and key FTS personnel is affecting unit readiness and administrative
          capacity—a challenge Finance Corps leadership is actively working to address.


          Balancing Readiness and Training
          FC leaders emphasized the importance of balancing readiness requirements with training needs.

          Recognizing Excellence in the Ranks
                                                        Introduction
          At Fort McCoy, COL Hamilton took the opportunity to personally recognize Soldiers who are making
          significant contributions to the success of the 376th FIBN. He presented coins to LTC Christopher
