FROM THE FCA PRESIDENT

Warm greetings from the Finance Corps Association (FCA)! I hope this message finds you and
your family in good health and high spirits.

First and foremost, I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to this year's
inductees into the Finance Corps Hall of Fame Class of 2025–LTG(R) Edgar Stanton,
LTG(R) Karen Dyson, CSM(R) Daisy Brown, CSM(R) Dennis Davis, CSM(R) Daniel
Watford and CSM(R) Pauline Cunningham. It was truly an outstanding ceremony,
and I look forward to your renewed sense of purpose and future contributions to
          the Finance Corps.

I am thrilled with the resounding success of the FCA Week - 2025. The week began

on Wednesday, 23 April 2025, at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, with the Finance Corps CSM(R) Penn
Association Icebreaker, the general Membership meeting held by the FCA leadership
team, and awards presentations, followed by an evening filled with comradery and esprit
de corps. It was an exceptional start to the Regimental Week’s festivities.

On Thursday, we gathered for the annual Finance Social Jam at the American Legion Post 215 led
by Mr. Matthew Gooden, the Post Commander. The evening was filled with a host of Finance Corps
alumni and excellent food. Thanks to Post 215 for ensuring the night was dedicated to the Finance
Corps Association. It was a truly memorable event.

On Friday afternoon, the Finance Corps Association inducted seven outstanding Finance Corps
leaders into the prestigious Finance Corps Hall of Fame. It was a first-class ceremony from start to
finish. Once again congratulations to the Class of 2025 and their families for truly deserved honors
and recognition of their outstanding careers in our Corps.

Friday night culminated with the annual Finance Corps Regimental Ball 2025 held at the 1917 Club
on Fort Jackson. It was a night to remember. Over 400 ball attendees were treated to a night of
Finance Corps comradery and esprit de corps, from the Commandant’s opening remarks to the
presentation of awards for deserving members of our Corps, the return of the finance Grog
ceremony, and the announcement of this year’s Finance Corps Officer, NCO, and Soldier of the
          Year.

Lastly, on Saturday we hosted the annual FCA Finance Corps BBQ at the cottages, while
simultaneously hosting the revamped FCA golf scramble at the Ft Jackson Golf course. The rain
stopped; the sun came out, and the event was a huge success. What a phenomenal turnout! It was
our largest to date, a day full of great times and great food.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Chief of the Corps, COL Robert Le’iato and CSM Craig
Rodland for being such staunch partners and supporters of the FCA and the annual FCA
Regimental week’s events. A special thanks CPT Hailey Valentine, she did an amazing job as the
Regimental Officer in Charge (OIC). Also, a special thanks to LTC Andrea Matthiew, Director of
Training, for the support of her cadre and Captain Career Course and Basic Officer Leader Course
students for their exceptional planning and execution of the Regimental Ball.

I would also like to express my deep gratitude to all the generous sponsors and individuals who
donated to the FCA this year. Your continued support and contributions allow us to maintain
reasonable ticket prices to offset the cost of junior Soldier attendance at the ball.

Finally, we are all fortunate and grateful to have a team of committed FCA Officers and volunteers
who work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the FCA supports Soldiers and Civilians with
awards and recognition and pull-together events like Regimental Week. They all deserve a huge
          "THANK YOU!"

                     th
          Happy 250 Birthday Finance Corps!!!
                                                To Support and Serve!!!
