ARTICLE III

1. An official invitation under the signatures of the President of The WFB, the Chairman
of the Council, and the Rector shall be sent to the head of the Institution approved
in terms of Article II.
2. The invitation letter shall be accompanied by copies of the WBU Charter, the Statutes
in force, and all the documentation to clarify the role and the functions of the WBU.

3. On acceptance of the invitation, the institution shall be registered in the list of
Approved Associated Centres of the WBU, and it shall be awarded with a certificate
specifying the category under which it qualifies.
