ESS Maintenance Guide

1) No sensor lights visible

Replace Sensor - Urinal 3305620; Closet 3305621

2) Buzz sound at flush but no flush occurs

Tighten shaft or if worn, replace - 0305165

3) Short flush

Replace diaphragm (see diaphragm chart)

4) No power to valve

Check transformer (electrician)
Replace solenoid assembly - 0305329

5) Control stop or vacuum breaker is leaking

Replace vacuum breaker kit - 3323182

Rebuild stop with control stop repair kit - Urinal 3308384; Closet

Routine Maintenance:

Replace diaphragm (see diaphragm chart)
Replace vacuum breaker kit - 3323182
Replace actuator cartridge assembly - 3305043
Replace shaft - 0305165
Replace sensor - Urinal 3305620; Closet 3305621
