Dufferin Construction Contributes
to Focused Growth Strategy with
Acquisition of Sarjeant Joint Venture
On October 19, 2020, CRH Canada Group Inc. completed the acquisition of The Sarjeant Company Limited’s interest in an asphalt joint venture located in Barrie, Ontario. The joint venture was originally acquired in 2017 as part of the K.J. Beamish deal, which set the foundation for further expansion and development of our business in markets to the north and east of our GTA footprint. This acquisition is an important step in executing our strategic plan to invest and grow in the Highway 400 corridor.
