DI - 152 Diagnosis - Diagnosis-fault diagnosis of electronic and electrical parts

Failure phenomenon Phenomenon description
Wiper is only in low gear and does Ignition switch is in the "ON" gear, wiper combination switch is in low gear, and
not work the wiper motor can not run at low speed.

Diagnosis procedure
1. Check the wiper combination switch

a. Ig nition switch:LOCK.
b. Disconnect the connector B030 of wiper combination switch

c. Set the wiper combination switch to low gear.
d. Measure the conduction between No. 7 and 8 terminals
of wiper combination switch with a multimeter.
Standard resistance:

Multimeter connecting terminal Standard value

B030(7)-B030(8) About 0Ω

Check if the result is ok?

Yes>check or replace the harness. If the failure still exists, go to Step 2.
NO>repair or replace the wiper combination switch
2. Replace the body controller

a. Replace with the same specification and type of body control module and recheck
Is the test result ok?
Yes>replace the body controller

NO>retest the above steps
