Replacement
1. Disassemble the horn button (refer to “Chapter 41 Steering mechanism – steering gear,
Check and repair”)
2. Disassemble left horn assembly
(a). Disconnect the insert part.

(b). Loose the bolt and disassemble the horn.
3. Disassemble the right horn assembly
Hint:
The steps to disassemble right horn assembly are same with that of left horn assembly.
4. Assemble horn button (refer to “Chapter 41 Steering mechanism – steering gear,
Check and repair”)
5. Assemble left horn assembly
(a). Fasten the bolt and connect the insert
part.
