BRANCH HOURS

No Change to Branch and Call Center Hours

Branches will continue to be closed on Saturday,
and open M-F from 10 am to 6 pm. Bradshaw will
remain temporarily closed.

Call Center will continue to open at 10 am, M-F
and closing at 6 pm. They will be open on
Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm.

Online Chat will open at 6:30 am, M-F and closing
at 6:30 pm. They will be open on Saturdays from 9
am to 2 pm.

PROTOCOLS

Branches have implemented protocols to
adhere to Social Distancing guidelines.

SAFE’s Retail Branches continue to strictly enforce
Social Distancing protocols with members and
employees, as required by the Sacramento and
Placer County Public Health Orders.

Branch staff are fulfilling member requests either
behind a bandit barrier or behind a germ guard.

Cloth coverings are mandatory for branch staff
not fulfilling member requests behind germ guard
or bandit barrier.
