It was an initiation to motivate & encourage the female employees of Central Warehousing Corporation to create a work life balance. To create awareness about Women in Public Sector (WIPS), the Forum of Women in Public Sector (WIPS) which was created under the aegis of SCOPE on 12th February, 1990 with a Central Apex body at Delhi and four Regional Chapters. The objective of the session was parallel to the objective of Women in Public Sector (WIPS) which is as follows: %u00b7 To promote the Growth & Development of Women in PSUs. %u00b7 To assist the PSUs in harnessing the full potential of its women employees%u00b7 To play a catalytic role in improving the status of Women in and around Public Undertakings.The session was chaired by Ms. Sangeeta Ramrakhyani, %uf001rst female Director (Personnel) of Central Warehousing Corporation, setting an example for all females in PSUs that consistency & hard work can reach you to heights.
