FRANCISCA LLONA

Isabel’s hardened mother. Abandoned by her husband with two
young children and a third newborn, this aristocratic diplomat's

wife loses all her privileges and must return to her father's house

to stand up again. With the judging eyes of a macho society on
top of her, Francisca has to emotionally shield herself to work

hard and raise her children without a man next to her. The image
of this helpless but tremendously strong woman is very striking

for little Isabel. From those early years, an intimate connection is
established between mother and daughter, which will be

maintained throughout their lives. Francisca will be the confidant

of her deepest secrets, and her unconditional pillar in the most
difficult moments.

Born in Peru Rosario, this television and dubbing actress became

well-known for being the voice of the famous Maite Proenca in
the TV series Doña Beija y Felicidad.
