There are a number of challenges in providing water to the site. Costs included are an estimation based on a 5,000
litre tank, a pump, trenching and reinstatement. This solution and cost are an estimation only and advice from a
professional plumber should be sought. If funding is available for phase one in its entirety, we recommend the use
of a project manager and have included a budget of $24,000 for this.
