        Mental Health Awareness:
        Everyone Carries Something

              marks Mental Health Awareness
T Week around the world. It’s a time to
reflect on how we look after not only our
own well-being but also how we support ourselves physically—can lift our mood

At Regent, we are building a culture But let’s not confine these reflections to just

Our safeguarding message reinforces this: These values: kindness, understanding, and
every child deserves to feel safe, respected, support are things we should carry with us
and heard. Our Taster Lessons this week all year round.
      helped students reduce uncertainty
and build confidence about their future
      choices—something that directly supports
      their mental well-being.
